You will work with a fantastic team of recruiters who are nerds about talent acquisition. Our talent acquisition leader has over 20 years in the field and is leading his team to make talent acquisition a value proposition to the clients that Bowhead serves. We are looking for a full-time recruiter to source talent and engage in innovative sourcing techniques such as Boolean search to help Bowhead hire right. We have tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and Dice.
Minimum Requirements: Recruiter with at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience required. If you have more than 10 or 20, we would like to hear from you as well. We are hunting for a hunter recruiter who is tenacious with a great customer service mindset.
